    • A Broken Toe
Yesterday, while I was cleaning our formal dinning table… I had to walk between the table and our china hutch. Well, the space between the two is a little tight and I ended up ramming my right pinky toe into the corner of the china hutch. This then caused my toe to move outward and […]

I have been feeling a bit strange lately. I haven’t been sure if it was me having panic attacks or something else. It would make sense if it were, however, when it comes upon me… I am not particularly feeling “panic” like. Could it be a subconscious panic attack? Is that something that is possible? […]

Prophetic Dream – Passing the Torch

Posted by truthoughts on June 1, 2010

This is a prophetic dream that I had on the morning of May 31, 2010 along with the interpretation. The Lord has always given me dreams throughout my entire life of things to come. Some things I have seen in my life and others are for a time still coming. This dream is of an overall picture of what is happening now and what is about to happen. I pray it will encourage you regarding our blessed hope in Christ’s salvation. If you would like to see about other dreams and visions I have had, be sure to check out my Youtube channel by clicking the link to the top right of the page that says “YouTube”.

Alison, I have some questions – why would nonChristian women be used to represent the Church and Israel? Why would the Holy Spirit be represented by a black person?

Sorry, I do not bear witness with this dream at all. The Church does not need to be cleaned up for the Rapture. We are already washed clean by the blood of the Lamb.

Who is the man in the picture? The man of sin will not be revealed until after the Rapture.

Well, possibly because they are recognizable… possibly because they represent the apostate state waking up and turning back to God. That is like asking why did God use a murderer to lead His people (Moses) or why did He use an adulterer/murderer to lead His people and say he was a man after His own heart (King David) or why did he use a lier to bring through His promise (Abraham)?

I am a bit concerned by your question of why God would use a “black” person to represent the Holy Spirit. That sounds a bit racist to me. Are you saying that black people can only represent evil?

The reason why you do not bear witness to this dream is because you feel that you and the Church can live however they want to and its all good with God because you cry “Lord, Lord” and do whatever in His name… However, the Lord has many things to say against that. He even rebukes the Church who believes that and tells them to Repent or else… A Church that doesn’t live in repentance while seeking after holiness, does not have the Holy Spirit in them and therefore cannot truly be the Church. Those will be the foolish virgins who must go out to the city to buy oil and find that the Lord has taken those who were “ready” into the wedding and left them behind crying “open to us”. Check out His reply to them… “I never KNEW you”.

The Church you speak of is one who claims the name of Jesus, yet by their own opinions have created another Jesus to follow/worship/serve. They do not follow/worship/serve the True Jesus of the Bible because they choose to blind themselves to all the Word which is Jesus. They pick and choose what they want to believe because they cannot accept Christ for who He is since His ways are not their ways. So, they make up a God who is only love without judgment, ready to accept anything in the name of His Son. The Bible is very clear in many areas that this is a false gospel leading many astray.

If we believed that everyone who claims the name of Jesus was actually saved, then the gate would be wide and not narrow as Jesus says, narrow is the way and “few” there be that find it. We cannot tell God that we accept His Son Jesus in regards to this or that but we feel we can overlook these other areas of qualification.

Remember that the Bible says that we must pray ALWAYS that we be ACCOUNTED WORTHY to escape all these things. In this journey (life) we are being sanctified through Christ. If we continue to sin willfully, there remains no more sacrifice. Basically, its like slapping Jesus in the face. Its like saying to Him “thanks for your blood, now I’m going to go use it so I can live how I want and not feel guilty”. That is not Biblical.

You need to reread your Bible and if you do not find verses that contradict what you are saying you believe then you need to get another Bible… I suggest the KJV.

You asked who the man in the picture is… I am assuming you are referring to who I said was the evil man in my dream. It is Bradley Whitford, not that it matters. Regarding the Antichrist not being revealed before the rapture, my dream wasn’t necessarily saying he was. It was showing the Church waking up to reality. The Antichrist is alive and well right now and working behind the scenes. The plan is being laid out for him to take over. These efforts are going on before the rapture, just like in my dream.

I understand that it is scary for you to realize that we must repent of our sins/wrong doings, even after we accept Christ. The problem is that many have been taught wrong from the pulpit and then create an identity based upon a lie rather than finding out who God is through His Word and being obedient to that Word which is Jesus.

John 14:15 If ye love Me, keep My commandments.

John 15:10 If ye keep My commandments, ye shall abide in My love; even as I have kept My Father’s commandments, and abide in His love.

Those are the words of Jesus. Do not willfully sin by overlooking His Words.

      Sincerely In Christ,

That is an interesting thought about Psalm 23 and the 10 Virgins… I’ve never thought about it like that. =) Thanks for sharing it. =)

Alison, you obviously do not know my heart. I serve the Lord Jesus with all my heart to reach the lost. I yearn for His return. I grieve at the apostasy in the Church. I try to issue warnings to wake up the Church and I do my best to speak forth His truth.

In no way am I racist. Everyone is souls in skin no matter the color and God looks at the heart. I have never in my life had any prejudice in my heart against anyone or judged them by the color of their skin. I simply meant that the Holy Spirit of God cannot be represented by any human being. I suppose the reason I made this statement was because it reminded me of the blasphemous book The Shack where the members of the Trinity were represented by various characters, one of which was a black woman. It is not wrong because of the color of her skin, but that Deity is sacred and holy and cannot be brought down to human form.

I find your dream bizarre. I tried to speak the truth in love to you. You apparently believe in a partial rapture, that the Christian must earn the right to be taken in the Rapture. This is not biblical any more than we have to earn our salvation. You seem to misunderstand the issue of salvation. Certainly there are counterfeit Christians and they are not saved. But Christians can for various reasons go through times of doubt and depression and question their faith or even fall into sin for a time. Are you saying that if Jesus returns while someone is in this state that they will be left to go through the Tribulation? If so, you are wrong. When we are saved we are sealed by the Holy Spirit and guaranteed redemption. If we disobey we will be chastened and we may lose rewards at the Bema seat, but we will NOT lose our salvation or be left to go through the Tribulation. If you believe that you are promoting a works salvation which is a false Gospel.

P.S. You assumed that I don’t repent and confess my sins. I sin every day and the Holy Spirit convicts me of wrong attitudes, and sins of ommission and commission. I do repent and confess my sins. There is not a day that goes by that we all don’t commit sins. As we grow as believers we should become more Christlike in our actions and attitudes, but as long as we live we will struggle with the flesh and with the enemy of our souls. We should live our lives to please the Lord. We don’t have the right to judge anyone’s heart because only God knows who is truly saved and who is not.

I think you confuse the difference between justification and sanctification. The first step is justification which is irreversible. When one is truly saved one cannot lose one’s salvation – we are adopted into the family of God. The process of sanctification is different for everyone and we have no right to judge one another. We are to exhort others to good works, but leave the results to God. He and only He is the righteous Judge.
